how to schedule your appointment

We are by appointment only. Appointments can be booked using the online booking system. Through the online booking system, you are able to view all available appointments easily. If you have any questions regarding booking send me a text message or an email and I’ll be happy to help you out.

​Please fill out the guest intake form immediately after booking your appointment. This is mandatory for all new guests prior to your appointment. If this isn’t completed I will be unable to continue on with the appointment and your deposit will be forfeited.

​​Please review the pre-appointment and aftercare information prior to your appointment. If you have any questions about this, don't worry I will be going over it again after your appointment.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to book an appointment for all services. ​To secure your booking, please follow the prompts on the booking platform to enter the details of your choice payment card. If your next appointment is booking by me, the deposit must be paid within 24 hours of booking your appointment or your appointment will be cancelled. The deposit will go towards your total for your service. The remaining 50% balance must be paid at the end of the service.

cancellation & rescheduling policy

If you are running late, please text me immediately. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and you will forfeit your deposit. You will need to make another deposit upon rescheduling. Reminder emails and text messages will be sent out 24 hours prior to your appointment start time.

If you cancel/reschedule your appointment within 24 hours of the appointment start time, your deposit will be forfeited and you will need to make another deposit upon rescheduling.

If you cancel/reschedule your appointment within 24 hours of the appointment start time and you have not sent a deposit, you will not be allowed to book another appointment until a late cancellation fee of 50% of the total of the service and new deposit (for new appointment) have been sent.

If you do not show up for your appointment without notifying me, your deposit will be forfeited and you will no longer be accepted for future appointments.

All usual policies still apply, including cancelling within 24 hours due to feeling sick.

when you arrive at the studio

Please do not bring any guests with you to your appointment as I do not have extra space to accommodate them. If you bring guests with you who do not have an appointment following yours, your appointment will be cancelled and/or rescheduled with a late cancellation fee charged.

Please silence your phone/gadgets prior to the start of your appointment as it can cause distractions during your appointment time causing and increased appointment time.

I will not be checking or answering your phone/messages for you during your appointment.

I kindly ask that you be considerate. If you have any symptoms of a cold or feel unwell in any way, let me know and do not come to your appointment. I will do so as well if I or anyone in my home feels unwell.

payment & refund policy

I accept e-transfer, debit, and credit payments with the tap feature. The payment must be received prior to you leaving the studio.

All services and retail products are non-refundable. If there is an issue, please contact me and I will be happy to resolve the issue with you.

how to prepare for your appointment(s)

brow appointments

Arrive with clean brows. This means no makeup or products on/around the brows. Regular moisturiser is okay.

Avoid trimming your brows at least 3 weeks prior to your appointment. This allows us to work with as much hairs as possible for the best results.

Please inform Oyinda of the following prior to your appointment:

  • If you are currently using any products such as Retinoids, Benzoyl peroxide, Acne medications, any other skin products containing Vitamin A, or any other skin-thinning treatments. It is best to stop the usage of these products at least 2-3 weeks prior to your brow appointment.

  • If you have recently undergone a chemical treatment (chemical peels) or any facial laser treatments within the past 3 weeks.

  • If you have used a sunbed or self tanned within 24-48 hours prior to your brow appointment.

  • If you are pregnant or breastfeeding.

  • If you have gotten permanent makeup done in the last 3 months.

  • If you are on blood thinners.

**The above does not mean you won’t receive your brow service but it keeps me informed so I can make an informed decision to keep you safe and ensure no harm to your skin or your body.
